Let \(D\) be the unit disk in the complex plane and \(D^{n}=\underbrace{D \times \dots \times D}_{n\text{ times}}\) and \(dz\) be the Lebesgue measure on the polydisk \(D^{n}\). The Bergman space \(L^{2}_{a}(D^{n})\) is the subspace of \(L^{2}(D^{n})\) of all analytic functions on \(D^{n}\). For \(f\in L^{\infty}(D^{n})\), the Toeplitz operator \(T_{f}\) is defined as usual: \(T_{f}h=P(fh)\), where \(P\) is the orthogonal projection of \(L^{2}(D^{n})\) on \(L^{2}_{a}(D^{n})\). The \textit{Toeplitz algebra} is the Banach algebra of linear bounded operators on \(L^{2}_{a}(D^{n})\) generated by all Toeplitz operators. The authors introduce the \(m\)-Berezin transform for linear bounded operators on \(L^{2}_{a}(D^{n})\). Several properties of this transform are established. An operator on \(L^{2}_{a}(D^{n})\) is called \textit{radial} if it is diagonal with respect to the basis \(z_{1}^{m_{1}}z_{2}^{m_{2}}\ldots z_{n}^{m_{n}}\), \(z_{i}\in D\), \(m_{i}\) are integer and non-negative, \(i=1, 2,\dots, n\). For radial operators in the Toeplitz algebra, a necessary and sufficient condition is found for its compactness in terms of the Berezin transform.
