Let \(k\) be an algebraically closed field of characteristic not equal to 2 and \(q=ax^2+b(xy+yx)+cy^2\) an element in the free associative algebra \(F=k\langle x,y\rangle\). Suppose that \(\sigma\) is a graded automorphism of \(F\). Denote by \(B\) the graded algebra generated by elements \(x,y,d,u\) subject to the defining relations \[ xd=d\sigma(x),\quad yd=d\sigma(y),\quad ux=\sigma(x)u,\quad uy=\sigma(y)u,\quad du=q,\quad ud=\sigma(q). \] There are found necessary and sufficient conditions under which \(B\) is a Koszul algebra in terms of \(q\) (and a quantum \(\mathbb{P}^3\)). Similarly, if \(r,\alpha\in k^*\) and \(C\) is the algebra generated by \(x,y,d,u\) with defining relations \[ xd=dy,\quad yd=\alpha dx,\quad ux=ryu,\quad uy=r^{-1}\alpha xu,\quad du=xy-ryx,\quad ud=-r\alpha(xy-r^{-1}yx), \] it is shown that \(C\) is a quantum \(\mathbb{P}^3\) and Koszul.
