This paper defines an analog of the \(V\)-filtrations for unit \(F\)-crystals, and proves its existence for tame unit \(F\)-crystals. Let us be more precise. Let \(X\) be a smooth variety over an algebraically closed field \(\mathbf k\) of characteristic \(p>0\), \(Z\) a smooth divisor, and \(j : U = X \backslash Z \to X\) the natural inclusion. Given an \(F\)-crystal \(\mathcal M\) on \(U\), i.e. a coherent sheaf \(\mathcal M\) on \(U\) together with an isomorphism \(F_\phi: F^*\mathcal M \to \mathcal M\), one wishes to define an appropriate filtration \(V^\bullet (j_* \mathcal M)\) on the pushforward \(j_*\mathcal M\). This was suggested by the analogy with the classical theory of algebraic D-modules in characteristic zero, as studied by \textit{M. Kashiwara} [Lect. Notes Math. 1016, 134--142 (1983; Zbl 0566.32022)] and \textit{B. Malgrange} [Astérisque 101--102, 243--267 (1983; Zbl 0528.32007)]. In this paper, the author first gives a formal definition such appropriate filtration, which he calls a \(V\)-filtration or super-specializing filtration. Then he proves that if the \(F\)-crystal is tamely ramified along \(Z\), i.e. locally comes from a tamely ramified cover, then such \(V\)-filtration exists. The proof essentially reduces to the case of a Kummer covering plus some gluing technique. Moreover, the author shows that his \(V\)-filtration is compatible with the tame unipotent nearby cycle functor under the Riemann-Hilbert correspondence of \textit{M. Emerton} and \textit{M. Kisin} [in: Geometric aspects of Dwork theory. Vol. I, II. Berlin: Walter de Gruyter. 677--700 (2004; Zbl 1104.14012)]. Some detailed study in the case of \(X = \mathbb A^1\) is discussed in the last section of the paper.
