Here, the authors continue their profound studies of partitions of the total kinetic energy \(T\) of classical systems of \(N\) particles in \({\mathbb R}^d\) into components corresponding to various modes of motion. In particular, they propose formulas for the mean values of these components in the normalization \(T = 1\) (for any \(d\) and \(N\)) under the assumption that the masses of all particles are equal. These formulas have been proven by extensive numerical experiments for the planar systems (\(d = 2\)) in the range \(3 \leq N \leq 100\). The case where the masses of the particles are chosen random is also considered.
