This article is the direct continuation of the work [the authors, ibid. 333, No. 1, 389--434 (2015; Zbl 1314.35188)]. While the first part introduces a solution space for \(2N+3\) partial differential equations describing Schramm-Löwner evolution in the connection with problems of conformal field theory and bond percolation and provides estimating inequalities, this part details the results as follows: it is proven that every element of the solution is a Coulomb gas solution, the dimension of the solutions on polygonal lattice with \(2N\) edges is equal to the Catalan number \(C_N\) and the solutions have a basis consisting of \(C_N\) connectivity weights from this lattice. For Part III and IV see [the authors, ibid. 333, No. 2, 597--667 (2015; Zbl 1311.35314); ibid. 333, No. 2, 669--715 (2015; Zbl 1314.35190)].
