The authors continue their work on the classification of the automorphism groups of Riemann surfaces, expecially of pseudo-real Riemann surfaces, that is, of those which admit anticonformal automorphisms but no anticonformal involution. These appear in a natural way when the Riemann surface is considered as a Klein surface. The focus here is on those pseudo-real Riemann surfaces \(X\) which are cyclic \(p\)-fold coverings of the Riemann sphere, where \(p\) is an odd prime number, the so-called cylic \(p\)-gonal pseudo-real Riemann surfaces. If \(g>(p-1)^2\) for the genus \(g\) of \(X\) then there are only two types of full automorphism groups, they are either cyclic or a semidirect product \(C_n\ltimes C_p\) of cyclic groups. In addition, there are necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of cyclic \(p\)-gonal pseudo-real Riemann surfaces with given full automorphism groups. A more detailed description is given under certain additional conditions like \((p-1)|g\).
