In this paper the authors consider a coupled parabolic system of Ginzburg-Landau type that arises in the mathematical study of superfluid atomic Fermi-gases near the Feshbach resonance from the fermion-boson model. Existence and uniqueness of solutions is proved near the BCS-BEC crossover by means of a Galerkin approximation and a priori estimates.
