The authors study anti-invariant and Lagrangian Riemannian submersions from a nearly Kähler manifold. The conditions under which the vertical and the horizontal distributions are totally geodesic foliations are analyzed. Some decomposition theorems concerning the product or twisted product structure of the total space are obtained.
