The author studies the existence and uniqueness of weighted pseudo almost periodic solutions (in the sense of mild solutions) to evolution equations of the type \[ \tfrac{d}{dt} \left[u(t) + f(t,Bu(t))\right] = A u(t) + g(t,Cu(t)) \, , \quad t \in \mathbb{R} \, , \] where \(A\) is a linear sectorial operator in a Banach space \(X\) with domain \(D(A)\) and generates a hyperbolic analytic semigroup, \(B\) and \(C\) are linear densely defined closed operators in \(X\), \(f\) maps \(\mathbb{R}\times X\) into an interpolations space \(X_{\alpha}\) between \(D(A)\) and \(X\), and \(g\) maps \(\mathbb{R}\times X\) into \(X\). Indeed, \(B\) and \(C\) are supposed to be linear bounded operators mapping \(X_{\alpha}\) into \(X\). Moreover, \(f\) and \(g\) are assumed to be weighted pseudo almost periodic in \(t\) (uniformly w.r.t.\ the second argument) and uniformly Lipschitz continuous in the second argument. Such problems arise in control theory when considering functional-differential equations with feedback control. As an example, the author considers a linear partial integro-differential equation of parabolic type.
