Of concern is a system of integro-partial differential equations arising in the mathematical modeling of a magnetic field that penetrates into a substance. Two initial-boundary value problems associated with this system are considered. The first problem involves homogeneous boundary conditions, while the second one contains non-homogeneous boundary data on one side of the lateral boundary. In each case, the authors describe the large time behavior of solutions, including the rate of convergence.
