On the Frattini dual (Q2522112)

For any finite group \(G\) let \(\Psi(G)\) denote the group generated by all minimal subgroups of \(G\). An arbitrary finite group can appear as \(G/\Psi(G)\) for an appropriate finite group \(G\), for if the given group is expressed as \(F/R\) with \(F\) finitely generated and free, we can take \(G\) to be \(F/S\) where \(R/S\) is the maximal Abelian factor group of \(R\) of exponent the product of the prime divisors of the order of \(F/R\).
