The author continues his investigation [J. Funct. Anal. 114, No. 2, 467-492 (1993; Zbl 0806.46074)] of nonselfadjoint cross-product algebras. The motivating example for the present paper is the semi-crossed product \(C(\mathbb{T}^2)\times\mathbb{R}^+\) obtained from an irrational flow on the two-torus. A hull-kernel type correspondence is set up between closed two-sided ideals in this algebra and subarc closed sets in \(\mathbb{T}^2\times (0,\infty)\). The theory extends to \(C^*\) semi-dynamical systems obtained via suspension from continuous, surjective, free maps.
