The authors study the Dirichlet and Neumann problems for the heat equation in domains of the form \(\Omega=\{(x_0,x,t)\in\mathbb{R}\times\mathbb{R}^{n-1}\times \mathbb{R}:x_0>A(x,t)\}\), where \(n\geq 2\). Here \(A(x,t)\) is Lipschitz in \(x\), uniformly in \(t\), and also \(D_nA\) belongs to parabolic BMO, where \(D_nA\) is a half-order time derivative defined by \textit{E. B. Fabes} and \textit{N. M. Riviere} [Proc. Symp. Pure Math. 10, 106-127 (1967; Zbl 0174.43202)]. The boundary conditions are required to hold almost everywhere with respect to \(d\sigma_tdt\), where \(d\sigma_t\) denotes the \((n-1)\)-dimensional surface measure on the boundary of the \(t\)-section of \(\Omega\). The given boundary functions are in \(L^2\) with respect to the same measure. Existence of solutions is established using the method of layer potentials. Regularity estimates are obtained for solutions of the Dirichlet problem, when the data belong to a parabolic Sobolev space.
