The paper considers a family of Dirichlet boundary value problems for a linear elliptic equation defined by means of plane domains \(\Omega_h\) whose boundaries are given by \(C^{2,\alpha}\) class functions \(r= h(\varphi)\) in the polar coordinates. Expressions for the first derivative of the functionals \(I(h)= \int \Omega_h g(x)u_h(x)dx\) with respect to \(h\) are given (here \(u_h\) denotes the solution of the corresponding boundary value problem in \(\Omega_h\)). On the basis of these expressions necessary optimality conditions for optimal control problems with additional constraints (in the form of inequalities or equalities for functionals of the same kind) are derived.
