The author establishes necessary and sufficient conditions for properly efficient solutions of a class of nonsmooth non-convex optimal control problems with multiple fractional objective functions. These results are obtained by making use of a set of necessary and sufficient optimality conditions for a single-objective control problem [\textit{S. Chandra}, \textit{B. D. Craven} and \textit{I. Hussain}, J. Optimization Theory Appl. 56, No. 2, 227-243 (1988; Zbl 0621.49010)]. Utilizing the proper efficiency result, the author presents two multiobjective dual problems for the above problem and establishes appropriate duality theorems. It is stated that a particular case of the original problem involving square roots of positive-definite quadratic forms results on taking all norms to be the specialized \(\ell_2\)-norm. Some special cases of the proper efficiency and duality results are also discussed.
