The authors consider the asymptotic behavior of the orbits \(\{T^{n}x : n \in {\mathbb N}\), \(x \in X\}\) for closed linear operators \(T\) on a Banach space \(X\) and generalize the Katznelson-Tzafriri and Arendt-Batty-Lubich-Vu theorem for power bounded operators.
