Let \(\Omega\) be a simply connected domain and \(\omega(w,E,\Omega)\) denote the harmonic measure of a set \(E\) with respect to a point \(w\in\Omega\). The author has shown that \(\omega\ll \Lambda_1\) on \(E=\{ x\in\partial \Omega: \liminf_{r\rightarrow 0} \frac{\omega(B(x,r))}{r} >0\}\). The lower density conjecture of Bishop follows as a special case of the above result.
