Let \(V\) be a nonnegative potential of domain \(\mathbb R^n\) (\(n \geq 3\)), \(1 < q < \infty\). We shall say that \(V\) belongs to the reverse Hölder class \(B_q\) if there exists \(C > 0\), such that, for every ball \(B\) in \(\mathbb R^n\), the reverse Hölder inequality \[ ({1\over |B|} \int_B V(x)^q\,dx)^{1/q} \leq {C \over |B|} \int_B V(x)\, dx \tag{1} \] holds. The main result of this paper is the following estimate, generalizing an analogous estimate by Z. Shen in the elliptic case: let \(V \in B_q\), for some \(q \geq n/(2\mu)\), with \(0 < \mu < n/(n+2)\). Let, for \((x,t) \in \mathbb R^n \times [0, T]\), \[ u(x,t) := \int_0^t \int_{\mathbb R^n} \Gamma (x,t;y,s) f(y,s)\, dy\, ds, \] with \(\Gamma\) fundamental solution for the parabolic Schrödinger operator \({\partial \over \partial t} - \Delta + V\). Then, for \(1 < p \leq q\), \[ \|\nabla^2u\|_p \leq C_p \|f\|_p, \] where \(C_p\) depends only on \(p\), \(n\), \(T\) and the constant \(C\) in (1).
