A graded algebra \(A\) is `Artin-Schelter regular' if (i) \(A\) has finite global dimension \(d\), (ii) \(A\) has polynomial growth of the dimensions of its homogeneous constituents, (iii) in the category of graded \(A\)-modules we have \[ \text{Ext}^i({_Ak},A)=\begin{cases} k_a(e)&\text{ for some }e\in\mathbb{Z},\;i=d,\\ 0&\text{ otherwise.}\end{cases} \] The aim of the paper is to classify Artin-Schelter regular graded algebras of global dimension 3 with 3 generators of weights \((1,1,2)\). It is known that \(A=R[z;\alpha,\delta]\) is an Ore extension of a regular algebra \(R\) of dimension 2. The authors consider the case when \(R=k\langle x,y\mid xy=qyx\rangle\). Then a canonical form of \(\alpha,\delta\) in \(R\) is found up to a change of variables. The situation splits into 5 cases. In each case the authors find an explicit form of a presentation of \(A\).
