Using a generalized Taylor formula by \textit{M. Matić}, \textit{J. Pečarić} and \textit{N. Ujević} [Math. Inequal. Appl. 2, No. 3, 343--361 (1999; Zbl 0933.26013)], the authors derive some integral inequalities (for functions of a single variable) of Iyengar type.
