In the paper under consideration two models of adaptive systems are introduced: meta-dy\-nam\-i\-cal adaptive system and adaptive differential equations. The authors present Douady's Rabbit fractal as a meta-dynamical system. The special model of an adaptive system -- the adaptive differential equation -- is derived by using the concept of variable dimension space. A biological example of a defense-attack model is given as well.
