Let \(Q_n\) be the class of all \(n\times n\) signed permutation matrices. Let \(G_k\) arise from the identity matrix \(I_n=(\delta_{ij})\) by puting \(\left(\begin{smallmatrix} 1 &1\\ -1 &1\end{smallmatrix}\right)\) instead of \(\delta_{kk}\). Let \(\Pi^+_n\) be the set of all products \(G_{k_1}G_{k_2}\cdots G_{k_{n-1}}\), where \((k_1,k_2,\dots, k_{n-1})\) runs over all permutations of \(\{1,2,\dots,n-1\}\). If \(B,C\in Q_n\) and \(A\in\Pi^+_n\) then \(BAC\) is a \((0,1,-1)\)-matrix leading to a sign-nonsingular matrix which is fully indecomposable and maximal.
