Rate of convergence for correctors in almost periodic homogenization (Q2568587)

It is well known that in the periodic homogenization the rate of convergence to zero of the zero order corrector is of the same order of the scale of periodicity. It is natural to ask if the same rate holds in the almost periodic case. The authors produce a counterexample which proves that the rate of convergence is of the order of the square root of the scale of periodicity.
