Let \(B\) be a \(JB^{*}\)-algebra with norm \(\|\cdot\|\) and \(f\) a derivation on \(B\), i.e., an application \(f:\;B\to B\) satisfying \[ f(x_{1}\circ\cdots\circ x_{j-1}\circ x_{j}\circ x_{j+1}\circ\cdots x_{k})=\sum_{j=1}^{k}x_{1}\circ\cdots\circ x_{j-1}\circ x_{j+1}\circ\cdots\circ x_{k}\circ f(x_{j}). \] It is shown that if there exist constants \(\theta\geq 0\) and \(p\in[0,1)\) such that \[ \| f(\sum_{j=1}^{k}\mu x_{j})-\mu\sum_{j=1}^{k}f(x_{j})\|\leq\theta\sum_{j=1}^{k}{\| x_{j}\|}^{p} \] and \[ \| f(x^{*})-f(x)^{*}\|\leq k\theta{\| x\|}^{p} \] for all \(\mu\in{\mathbb T}^{1}\), and all \(x,x_{1},\cdots,x_{k}\in B\), then there exists a unique \({\mathbb C}\)-linear \(*\)-derivation \(D:\;B\to B\) near the derivation \(f\) and for all \(x\) in \(B\). More precisely, \(f(x)\) lies in the ball of centre \(D(x)\) and radius \(\frac{k\theta}{k-k^{p}}{\| x\|}^{p}\).
