Let \(X\) be an arbitrary real Banach space and \(T:X\to X\) a strongly pseudocontractive mapping. The authors prove the stability (respectively, almost stability) of certian Ishikawa iterative process with random errors for the fixed point of \(T\) with (respectively, without) Lipschitz condition. Two related results are also obtained, involving stability and almost stability of the Ishikawa iterative process for solutions of nonlinear equations with a strongly accretive mapping.
