The paper under review extends to the second-order the approach introduced by Ermoliev, Norkin and Wets in order to define generalized derivatives even for discontinuous functions. Afterwards, the authors, by means of a generalized Taylor formula, establish some second-order necessary conditions for constrained and unconstrained optimization problems.
