The author studies Abelian groups \(G\) with \(p\)-basis subgroup \(B\) for \(p>0\) prime. He shows that \(B\) is an invariant of the \(F\)-group algebra \(FG\) over the field \(F\) with characteristic \(p\). Especially if \(G\) is \(p\)-local algebraically compact, the group \(G\) can be retrieved from \(FG\).
