The paper concerns a fluid which satisfies incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in a domain \(\Omega\) with no-slip boundary condition on the rigid surface \(S\) and dynamical boundary condition on the free upper surface \(\Gamma\). The author assumes that the contact angle between the rigid surface \(S\) and the free upper surface \(\Gamma\) is fixed as \(\pi/2\). The author constructs a regular solution using this assumption. More precisely, the author constructs a solution \(u\in W_q^2\), \(q>3\), when the right-hand side \(f\in L_q\).
