Computation of generalized equivariant cohomologies of Kac--Moody flag varieties (Q2570071)

The paper under review gives a combinatorial description of certain generalized equivariant cohomologies of stratified spaces. The main theorems of the paper apply, for example, to \(T\)-equivariant cohomology, \(K\)-theory, and complex cobordism of Kac-Moody flag varieties. The proofs of the main theorems rely on techniques from algebraic topology, although the motivating examples come from the theory of algebraic groups. The theorems generalize known results in algebraic and symplectic geometry on projective varieties equipped with an algebraic action of a complex torus \(T\), obtained by \textit{M. Goresky, R. Kottwitz} and \textit{R. MacPherson} [Invent. Math. 131, No. 1, 25--83 (1998; Zbl 0897.22009)].
