The author studies perturbations of solutions to gravitation potential problems which include as a special case perturbations to solutions of the Kepler problem. Other problems studied involve models of axi-symmetric galaxies, elliptical galaxies, and molecular physics. The author shows that with some simplifying assumptions a class of circular solutions gives rise to periodic solutions for the perturbed systems. The problem and the solution procedures are very specialized. The paper is somewhat speculative, providing solutions and insight to problems which may or may not have physical relevance. Nevertheless, the paper could be of interest and use to theoreticians, mathematicians, and engineers concerned with gravitational potential and other potential problems.
