The 3-cocycles of the Alexander quandles \(\mathbb F_q[T]/(T-\omega)\) (Q2571343)

Elements of the third cohomology of a finite quandle can be used to define invariants of knotted surfaces in \(S^4\), see for example [\textit{J. S. Carter, D. Jelsovsky, S. Kamada, L. Langford} and \textit{M. Saito}, Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 355, 3947--3989 (2003; Zbl 1028.57003)]. In this paper, the author computes the third cohomology of finite Alexander quandles of the form \(\mathbb{Z}_p[t^{\pm 1}]/(t-a)\) for \(p\) prime.
