The spectrum of two-particle bound states of transfer matrices of Gibbs fields (fields on a two-dimensional lattice: adjacent levels). (Q2571491)

Joining to the paper published in [Funct. Anal. Appl. 38, No. 3, 202--216 (2004); translation from Funkts. Anal. Prilozh. 38, No. 3, 52--69 (2004; Zbl 1127.82035)] on the problem of the two-particle bound state spectrum of transfer matrices for a wide class of Gibbs fields on the lattice in the high-temperature region, it is shown that the so-called adjacent bound state levels can appear only for values of the total quasimomentum of the system satisfying a certain condition. This condition relates the quasimomentum values and a characteristic function, the ``symbol'' of the self-adjoint operator in question.
