\textit{J. Dorfmeister} and \textit{Z. D. Guan} [Comment. Math. Helv. 67, No. 4, 499--513 (1992; Zbl 0780.53047)] generalizing a theorem of \textit{Y. Matsushima} [Nagoya Math. J. 11, 53--60 (1957; Zbl 0099.37501)], proved that a compact pseudo-Kählerian manifold \(M\) which is homogeneous under a Lie group of biholomorphic symplectic transformations, is canonically biholomorphic to a product of a homogeneous rational manifold and a compact complex torus. Moreover, \textit{D. Guan} [Geometry and analysis on complex manifolds, 63--74 (World Sci. Publishing, River Edge, NJ) (1994; Zbl 0898.53047)], generalizing a theorem of \textit{A. Borel} and \textit{R. Remmert} [Math. Ann. 145, 429--439 (1962; Zbl 0111.18001)], announced that every compact complex homogeneous space which admits an almost symplectic structure splits as a product of a rational homogeneous space and a complex parallelizable solvmanifold. The goal of this note is to give a counterexample to this theorem. More precisely, the main result asserts that there exists a nontoral compact complex parallelizable solvmanifold which admits a pseudo-Kähler structure.
