    Let \(k(x,y)\) be a function on \({\mathbb R}^n\times{\mathbb R}^n\setminus\{(x,y):\, x=y\}\) which satisfies the size condition: \[ | k(x,y)| \leq \frac{C_1}{| x-y| ^n}, \] and Lipschitz condition: there exists a real number \(\gamma>0\) such that \[ | k(x,y)-k(x,y^\prime)| +| k(y,x)-k(y^\prime,x)| \leq\frac{C_2| y-y^\prime| ^\gamma}{| x-y| ^{n+\gamma}} \] for \(| x-y| >2| y-y^\prime| \). Given a locally integrable function \(f\), define \[ T_{\varepsilon, N}f(x)=\int_{\varepsilon<| x-y| <N}k(x,y)f(y)\,d\mu(y). \] We define the maximal Calderón-Zygmund singular integral as follows: \[ T^*f(x)=\lim_{\varepsilon\rightarrow0, N\rightarrow\infty}T^*_{\varepsilon,N}(f)(x)= \lim_{\varepsilon\rightarrow0, N\rightarrow\infty}\sup_{\varepsilon\leq\delta, R\leq N}\left| {\delta,R}(f)(x)\right| . \] Here \(\mu\) is a positive Radon measure on \({\mathbb R}^n\) satisfying the linear growth condition \[ \mu(B(x,r))\leq C_\mu\cdot r^\beta,\quad x\in {\mathbb R}^n,\;r>0, \] where \(\beta\) is a fixed number and \(0<\beta\leq n\). In this paper the authors prove that when \(n-1<\beta\) and \(T_{\varepsilon,N}(1)=0\), then the corresponding maximal Calderón-Zygmund singular integral is bounded from RBMO into itself only except that it is infinite \(\mu\)-a.e. on \({\mathbb R}^n\).
