This paper aims to complete \textit{H. P. Stapp}'s modal logic proof of the non-local character of Quantum Mechanics [see Am. J. Phys. 65, 300--304 (1997)]. Starting with the remark that this proof involves only modal syntax, the author stresses on semantic considerations. The improvement consists in adding several lines to the initial formal proof, which are specified in the last section of the paper. The former sections explain the branching viewpoint about our universe (e.g. Minkowskian), and some particular modal logic operators.
