    The author derives dispersion estimates for the Schrödinger semigroup \(\exp (\text{it }H)\), with \(H=-\Delta +V\) and \(V\in \mathcal{L}^\infty (\mathbb{R}^3)\) satisfying \(| V(x)| \leq C (1+x^2)^{-\delta/2}\), \(\delta > 5/2\). This estimate is stated in the form \[ \| \exp (\text{it } H) \cdot \chi_a (H)\| _{\mathcal{L}^1 \to \mathcal{L}^\infty} \leq C| t| ^{-3/2} \] where \(\chi_a\) is a \(\mathcal{C}^\infty\) function which is supported on \([a,\infty)\), \(a>0\) and which is 1 on \([a,\infty)\). The proof is very technical, involved and scanty.
