Let \({ L}\) be an abelian number field in fixed algebraic closure of \({\mathbb Q}\), \({ L}^{re}\) be the maximal totaly real subfield of \({ L}\) and \(G({ L}/{\mathbb Q})\) be the Galois group of \({ L}/{\mathbb Q}\) . For a prime \(p\), we denote by \(Cl_{p}({ L}^{re})\) the \(p\)-Sylow subgroup of the subgroup of the ideal class group of \({ L}^{re}\) generated by the classes of prime ideals lying above \(p\). Using the notion of circular distributions and Euler systems, the author finds, for every circular distribution \(\Psi\) and under some conditions on the prime \(p\), an element of the group ring \(\mathbb Z_{p}[G({ L}/\mathbb Q)]\) which annihilates \(Cl_{p}({ L}^{re})\). In the case where the circular distribution \(\Psi\) is defined for a circular unit \(\xi\) by \(\Psi(\xi) = 1 - \xi\), the author finds \textit{D. Solomon}'s result [Invent. Math. 109, 329--350 (1992; Zbl 0772.11043)].
