The authors analyze the congestion of various manufacturing bulk service queues with same characteristics that are working independently of one another and in equilibrium. The authors use queueing theory and Bayesian statistical tools to analyze the congestion of a single-stage system with various independent bulk service queues (models in which the service facility can serve various customers simultaneously) with the same characteristics and running in equilibrium. This situation describes, for instance, a factory or a warehouse with various equal (or similar) machines (ovens, stamping presses, etc.) with or without human operators, working independently (that is, generating their own lines) and, moreover, operating correctly for a long time (the machines do not necessarily have to be in the same factory, they could equally be in different geographical localizations). A numerical example with machines and facilities is considered.
