Summary: The \(K_r\)-core of a complex valued sequence has been introduced in [\textit{C. Çakan} and \textit{C. Aydın}, Thai J. Math. 2, No. 1, 115--122 (2004; Zbl 1064.40006)]. In this paper, we have determined a class of matrices such that \(K_r\)-core\((Ax)\subseteq K_r\)-core\((x)\) holds for all \(x\in 1_\infty\). Also, we have defined a new type of absolute equivalence, \(r\)-absolute equivalence, and characterized this type of matrices.
