The regularized product in the sense of [\textit{G. Illies}, Commun. Math. Phys. 220, No.~1, 69--94 (2001; Zbl 1025.58012)] is used to prove a quantum analogue of the Chowla-Selberg formula as follows: Let \(q>1\) and let \([n]_q=\frac{q^n-1}{q-1}\) be the quantum analogue of the number \(n\). Further let \[ L_q(a,\chi)= \sum_{n=1}^\infty\chi(n)[n]_q^{-s} \] be the quantum \(L\)-function for the Dirichlet character \(\chi\) of condiuctor \(N\). In the paper it is proven that \[ L_q'(0,\chi)= \sum_{k=1}^{N-1}\chi(k)\log\Gamma_{q^N}\left(\frac kN\right), \] where \[ \Gamma_q(x)= \frac{\prod_{n=1}^\infty(1-q^n)}{\prod_{n=0}^\infty (1-q^{-(x+n)})}(q-1)^{1-x}q^{x(x-1)/2} \] is Jackson's \(q\)-Gamma function.
