Wenn alle krummen Asymptotenlinien einer geradlinigen Fläche zueinander projektiv sind, so sind sie alle Gewindekurven. Dies ist die (keineswegs triviale) Umkehrung eines bekannten Satzes (vgl. etwa \textit{Fubini-Čech}, Geometria proiettiva differenziale I (1926; F. d. M. 52, 751 (JFM 52.0751.*)), S. 112-116, 266-288).
