Verf. zeigt, daß es nicht möglich ist, eine stetige Transformation \(T\) zu definieren, die einen Bogen \(A\) derart auf einen Raum \(B\) abbildet, daß jedem Punkt von \(B\) bei Anwendung von \(T^{-1}\) genau \(k = 2\) Bilder entsprechen. Dagegen ist dies für \(k = 1, 3, 4, 5, \dots\) stets möglich.
