Verf. beweist: Es sei \[ f(s)=\sum_{n=1}^{\infty} a_ne^{-\lambda_ns},\qquad A_n=\sum_{\nu=1}^{n} a_{\nu} \] und die \textit{Dirichlet}sche Reihe sei für \(s > 0\) konvergent. Weiter sei \[ \lambda_1 >0,\qquad \underset{n\to\infty} {\lim\inf}\, \dfrac{\lambda_n}{\lambda_{n-1}} > c >1. \] Die \(a_n\) seien reell. Falls nun \[ \underset{s\to+0} {\lim\inf} f(s)=A-\frac12\varOmega \quad \text{ und } \quad \underset{s\to+0} {\lim\sup}\, f(s) = A+\frac 12\varOmega \] endlich sind, so ist \[ A+\frac12\varOmega \leqq \underset{n\to\infty} {\lim\inf} A_n\leqq A+\frac12 \mathfrak c (c)\varOmega, \qquad A-\frac12 \mathfrak c(c)\varOmega \leqq \underset{n\to\infty} {\lim\sup}\, A_n\leqq A-\frac12 \varOmega, \] wo \(\mathfrak c (c)\) endlich ist und nur von \(c(> 1)\) abhängt und \[ \lim\limits_{c\to\infty} \mathfrak c (c) = 1. \] Der Spezialfall \(\varOmega = 0\) ist ``the high-indices theorem'' von \textit{Hardy} und \textit{Littlewood} (Proc. London math. Soc. (2) 25 (1926), 219-236; F. d. M. 52, 220 (JFM 52.0220.*)).
