Auf Grund der \textit{Dirac}schen Elektronentheorie werden in Fortsetzung von Teil I der vorliegenden Arbeit der Verf. (Proceedings Royal Soc. London (A) 135 (1932), 258-275; F. d. M. 58) hier insbesondere die unelastischen Zusammenstöße diskutiert und die Wirkungsquerschnitte berechnet. Der Vergleich mit der Erfahrung ist quantitativ nicht sehr befriedigend.
