A one-dimensional electrostatic plasma that contains only one species of ions and electrons is considered on the collisionless model. The plasma is interacting with the wall, the interaction is modelled by the choice of the boundary condition. For the behaviour of the electron and ion distribution the Vlasov-Poisson equation is used. The boundary conditions are as usual, except that a fraction of the electrons are reemitted at the wall, while the ions are absorbed by the wall. The Maxwell-Ampère equations can be well used with these boundary conditions. Global existence and uniqueness of the solution can be proven, and the stability of the results is shown for the linearized system. The main difficulty is connected with the absorbing wall, namely the equilibrium is a discontinuous function of the particle energy and this results in a degenerate transport equation at the border (in linearized system).
