Let \(\mathbf F_{n(2)}^4\) \((n>5)\) be the subcategory of the stable homotopy category consisting of \((n-1)\)-connected at most \((n+4)\)-dimensional polyhedra with \(2\)-torsion free homology groups. If we consider the wedge of two polyhedra as the co-product, it is a fully additive category. In this paper, the authors study the classification problem of finding all indecomposable elements in the category \(\mathbf F_{n(2)}^4\), and they obtain all the indecomposable stable homotopy types in it (for \(n\geq 5)\) explicitly. The proof is based on the matrix problem developed in the classification of representations of algebras invented by Baues and Drozd.
