    For a number \(\beta > \frac{\pi}{2}\) the non-smooth worm domain \(D_\beta'\) is defined by \[ D_\beta':=\bigg\{(z_1,z_2) \in \mathbb C^2\;\bigg|\;\Big|\mathrm{Im } z_1 -\log |z_2|^2 \Big| <\frac{\pi}{2}| \log |z_2|^2\,| < \beta- \frac{\pi}{2}\bigg\}. \] In an earlier paper [``Hardy spaces and the Szegő projection of the non-smooth worm domain \(D'_\beta\)'', J. Math. Anal. Appl. 436, No. 1, 439--466 (2016; Zbl 1353.46020)], the author had introduced the following Hardy space on \(D_\beta'\): \[ H^2(D_\beta') :=\big\{ F : D_\beta' \longrightarrow\mathbb C\;\big|\; F\text{ \mathrm{holomorphic}},\;\; \| F\|_{H^2} <\infty \big\} , \] where \[ \| F\|_{H^2}^2:=\sup_{0\leq t < \frac{\pi}{2}, 0 \leq s< \beta- \frac{\pi}{2}} \mathbf{L}_2 F (t,s) \] and \[ \mathbf{L}_2 F (t,s):= \int_{\mathbb R}\int_0^1 |F(x+i(s+t),e^{s/2}e^{2\pi i \theta})|^2d\theta dx+ \int_{\mathbb R}\int_0^1 |F(x-i(s+t),e^{-s/2}e^{2\pi i \theta})|^2d\theta dx \] \[ +\int_{\mathbb R}\int_0^1 |F(x+i(s-t),e^{s/2}e^{2\pi i \theta})|^2d\theta dx+ \int_{\mathbb R}\int_0^1 |F(x-i(s-t),e^{-s/2}e^{2\pi i \theta})|^2d\theta dx. \] For this Hardy space, he had shown that it carries the structure of a Hilbert space with a reproducing kernel if the scalar product is defined by \(\langle F,G \rangle =\langle \widetilde F, \widetilde G \rangle_{L^2(\dot \partial D_\beta')}\). Here, \(\widetilde F\) and \( \widetilde G\) denote the boundary values of \(F\) and \(G\) on the distinguished boundary \(\dot \partial D_\beta'\) of \(D_\beta'\). In the present paper, the author obtains an asymptotic formula for the Szegő kernel \(K_{D_\beta'}\) of \(D_\beta'\). After he has recalled the asymptotic formula of Krantz-Peloso for the Bergman kernel \(B_{D_\beta'}\) of \(D_\beta'\), he proves a result on the boundary behavior of the quotient \(\displaystyle \frac{D K_{D_\beta'} (w,z)}{B_{D_\beta'}(w,z)}\), when \((w,z)\) tends to a point in the topological boundary of \(D_\beta'\) (here \(D\) stands for one of the derivatives with respect to \(w_1,w_2,\bar z_1\), or \(\bar z_2\)). With the aid of this he shows that the Bergman projector \(P_{D_\beta'}\) maps the Sobolev space \(W^{k,p}(D_\beta')\) boundedly into itself, when \(1<p<\infty\) and \(k \) is a positive integer.
