The hypergeometric function for the root system of type A with a certain degenerate parameter (Q2631603)

In the paper under review the authors express explictly the hypergeometric function associated with the root system of type A with a certain degenerate parameter in terms of the Lauricella hypergeometric function \(F_D\). This result can be regarded as a generalization of a theorem by \textit{J. Sekiguchi} (RIMS Kokyuroku 266, 259--274 (1976) for a zonal sperical function on \(\text{SL}(n,\mathbb{R})\), and that of \textit{M. Nishida} and \textit{K. Tamaoka} [J. High Energy Phys. 2018, No. 7, Paper No. 149, 21 p. (2018; Zbl 1395.81243)], for the Jack polynomial. The exact results are too complicated to be stated here.
