Optimal decay rates in time for solutions of 3d incompressible micropolar fluid system are shown. Littlewood-Paley analysis is used to establish the decay in homogeneous Fourier-Besov spaces. The main idea is that some weighted negative Fourier-Besov norms of solutions are dynamically preserved.
