A subset \(S\subseteq\mathbb N\) is called a numerical semigroup if \(S\) is closed by addition, contains 0 and \(\mathbb N\setminus S\) is a finite set. Let the Frobenius number \(g(S)\) denote the biggest element of \(\mathbb N\setminus S\), let the degree of singularity \(\delta(S)\) denote the cardinality of \(\mathbb N\setminus S\), and let \(\mathrm{Star}(S)\) be the set of star operations on \(S\). The paper under review is the continuation of the author's earlier paper [Commun. Algebra 43, No. 7, 2943-2963 (2015; Zbl 1339.13013)] in which the author proved that there are only a finite number of numerical semigroups with exactly \(n\) star operations where \(n\geq 1\). In this paper, the author estimates the number of semigroups of multiplicity 3 with exactly \(n\) star operations (denoted by \(\xi_3(n)\)), i.e., \(\xi_3(n)=|\{{a\choose b}:{a\choose b}=n,\;a+b\equiv 1\pmod 3\}|\). The author also proves that if \(S=\langle 3,3\alpha+1,3\beta+2\rangle\) is a numerical semigroup of multiplicity 3, then \(|\mathrm{Star}(S)|={\alpha+\beta+1\choose 2\alpha-\beta}={\delta(S)+1\choose g(S)-\delta(S)+2}\).
